Job summary

Haskell is seeking a seasoned Preconstruction Estimator to lead cost modelling and bid development from design through award. You will direct a team of estimators, coordinate with Project Directors, Architects and Engineers, and drive value engineering to win projects in our Charlotte office.

This role requires 5–8 years of estimating experience, strong leadership, and proficiency with Beck Destini, Accubid, and related tools. Travel up to 25% may be required as projects progress.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• 5–8 years estimating experience on design-build or CMAR projects.
• Strong leadership, communication, and client relations skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead preconstruction efforts and cost estimates for proposals.
• Coordinate with Project Directors, Architects and Engineers.
• Develop bid strategies and manage the estimating team.
• Assist with final bid closeout and post-bid reviews.
