Job summary

Haskell is seeking a Senior Preconstruction Estimator to lead a team in developing project cost, schedule, and procurement strategies from concept through GMP/bid. You will deliver complete, accurate estimates to support client decisions and pursuit success.

The role requires a BS in a construction field with 5 years of experience (or 8 years in construction), strong knowledge of estimating software (Beck Destini, Accubid, Bluebeam, InSite), and excellent communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• BS in a construction-related field; 5y+ experience or 8y+ in construction.
• Strong understanding of owner/engineer requirements and project goals.
• Experience with preconstruction pursuits and estimating processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor Preconstruction Specialists.
• Manage cost, schedule, and procurement strategy development.
• Coordinate with design teams to influence cost, scope, and schedule outcomes.
• Oversee RFI management, bid package creation, and subcontractor quotes.
• Present final estimates to leadership and clients; manage risks.
