The Village at Rancho Solano Assisted Living and Memory Care is seeking a Lead Concierge for our Fairfield, CA community. This role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service to residents, coordinating concierge tasks, and supporting team members in a busy senior living setting.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• 1–3 years of customer service experience, preferably in a senior living setting.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• A minimum of 1 3 years related experience in a customer service environment preferable a senior living setting
