Job summary

Seaton Senior Living is seeking a Lead Concierge to greet guests, residents, and employees, manage calls, messages, and information. The role supports daily operations, maintains lists, coordinates appointments, and assists with meal tickets and dining counts.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED and 1–3 years of customer service experience. Full-time opportunities with comprehensive benefits are available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 1–3 years customer service experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Greets residents and visitors; answers inquiries and provides directions.
• Manages external and internal calls, takes and communicates messages.
• Maintains desk, mail, and sign-in logs; coordinates appointments.
• Updates lists and rosters daily; assists with move-ins/outs and scheduling.
• Prepares meal tickets and tallies meal counts for Dining staff.
• Adheres to company policies and procedures; performs other duties as assigned.
