Job summary

The Waters is seeking a Lead Concierge to manage the Concierge team, act as the face of the community, and coordinate resident and guest activities. You will model, train, and monitor performance, working with the Business Operations Manager to track metrics and service standards.

Qualifications include two years in concierge or related roles, hospitality-oriented education if available, and a passion for compassionate, high-quality elder care in a supportive, engaging environment.

Qualifications

• Advanced education in hospitality or related field preferred but not required
• Minimum of two years' as a concierge or related position required
• Leadership experience preferred but not required
• Possess compassion for and commitment to hospitality, service, and excellence in elderly care
• Create a fun, engaging and caring environment for our residents
• Engage resident's family and friends and take time to visit with them

Responsibilities

• Oversee Concierge team operations and performance
• Serve as the face of the community and manage resident/guest activity planning
• Train and monitor Concierge staff and report to Business Operations Manager
