Job summary

The Waters Senior Living Management LLC in Edina, MN is seeking a Lead Concierge to oversee the Concierge team, serving as the face of the community and coordinating resident and guest activity planning.

You will model, lead, train, and monitor the team's performance, working with the Business Operations Manager to track customer service metrics. The role emphasizes hospitality, compassion, and creating a warm environment for residents and families.

Qualifications

• Advanced education in hospitality or related field preferred.
• Minimum of two years as a concierge or related position required.
• Leadership experience preferred but not required.
• Compassion for hospitality, service, and elder care excellence.
• Create a fun, caring environment for residents.
• Engage residents' family and friends regularly.

The Lead Concierge is a "working team leader" role that is directly responsible for overseeing the operation of the Concierge team, serving as the face of the community and managing the hub for resident and guest activity planning. He/she models, leads, trains and monitors the performance of the Concierge team and works with the Business Operations Manager to track Concierge team performance and customer service metrics.

Qualifications:

• Advanced education in hospitality or related field preferred but not required
• Minimum of two years' as a concierge or related position required
• Leadership experience preferred but not required
• Possess compassion for and commitment to hospitality, service, and excellence in elderly care
