Job summary

Costa Navarino is seeking a Head Concierge to lead our Concierge team and oversee daily operations, ensuring personalized and exceptional service for every guest.

You will coordinate guest requests, local experiences, transportation and special arrangements, while training staff and maintaining in-depth knowledge of the hotel, its offerings and the surrounding area. Five-star experience and strong English skills are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in hotel industry with Front Office and Concierge experience.
• Five-star hotel experience is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s in Tourism or Hospitality is an advantage.
• Excellent English verbal and written communication.
• Knowledge of Greek and another language is an advantage.
• Strong communication, organizational and multitasking skills.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Good knowledge of Opera PMS and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and lead the Concierge team and supervise daily desk coverage.
• Oversee daily Concierge operations and shift handovers.
• Maintain awareness of hotel operations, events, VIPs and group arrivals.
• Train and develop Concierge team members.
• Ensure team knowledge of hotel, local area, culture, and experiences.
• Create personalized guest experiences with local recommendations.
• Arrange reservations for restaurants, yachts, golf, and transport.
• Handle guest complaints professionally and resolve issues promptly.
• Assist with check-in/check-out and support Front Office.
• Prepare and maintain daily operational documentation.
• Deliver authentic service and other duties as assigned.
