Job summary

Costa Navarino in Messinia, Greece, seeks a Coordinator, Front Office to support smooth daily operations and guest experiences. You will coordinate communications between guests and departments, manage front office supplies, and assist with HR tasks such as roster changes and daily records.

You should have a hospitality degree, at least two years in a five-star front office environment, and strong Greek and English with knowledge of other languages as an advantage.

Qualifications

• Degree in Hospitality or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in hospitality, preferably in a five-star hotel Front Office environment.
• Excellent command of Greek and English; knowledge of German, Russian or French will be considered an advantage.
• Good knowledge of Opera PMS and computer systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate communication between guests and departments via email and phone.
• Manage orders and stock of Front Office supplies.
• Support HR-related administrative tasks, including roster changes and daily records.
• Check daily guest arrivals and report any issues to the Team Leader.
• Monitor flight schedules and communicate any changes or delays to Front Office Management.
• Review and update guest requirements in Marriott Global Source (MGS).
• Monitor guest comments in Opera and share relevant feedback with Supervisors.
• Prepare reports and ensure the Front Office is fully equipped for daily operations.
