Job summary

Costa Navarino is offering a role as a Cluster Agent, Reservations, to join our team. You will manage guest reservations and enquiries across Costa Navarino properties, delivering exceptional service while maximizing revenue opportunities.

Responsibilities include handling bookings, providing information on rates and services, and coordinating with operations to ensure a seamless guest experience. Fluency in Greek and English is required, with flexibility to work shifts.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Hospitality, Tourism, Business Administration or a related field.
• Previous experience in Reservations, Front Office, Sales or Customer Service will be considered an advantage.
• Strong customer service, communication, organisational and sales skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Experience with Opera PMS will be considered an advantage.

• Manage golf, travel agency and individual reservations, including amendments, cancellations, no-shows and special requests.
• Provide accurate information on accommodation, rates, packages, facilities and services.
• Maximize revenue through reservation conversion, upselling and promotion of resort experiences.
• Manage bookings across distribution channels, ensuring correct rates and booking conditions.
• Maintain accurate reservation records, guest profiles and payment documentation.
• Respond to guest and partner enquiries by email and phone in a professional and timely manner.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Experience with Opera PMS will be considered an advantage.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluency in Greek and English. Additional languages will be considered an advantage.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
