Job summary

Costa Navarino in Messinia, Greece, invites you to join our Guest Service team as an Agent, Guest Service. You will welcome guests, tailor service, and support smooth daily operations while helping shape memorable experiences.

Requirements include at least 2 years in Front Office, a Bachelor’s in Business Tourism or Hospitality, and excellent English. Knowledge of Opera PMS and strong communication are a plus in our multicultural setting.

Qualifications

• Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to requests.
• Assist with guest check-in and check-out procedures.
• Promote Marriott programs and support hotel revenue through upselling.
• Handle guest concerns with professionalism and courtesy.
• Maintain effective communication with all hotel departments.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Front Office Agent in a five‑star hotel.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Tourism, Hospitality Management or related field.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English; Greek and an additional language are advantageous.
• Excellent communication and guest service skills.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
