Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service roles such as hospitality, retail, or restaurants.
• Prior leadership and supervisory experience.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a desire for learning and development.
• Aptitude for computer systems and software.

Responsibilities

• Build a cohesive concierge team through coaching and training.
• Deliver warm greetings to residents and welcome them home.
• Provide information and coordinate tours to assist leasing.
• Connect residents with premium services in the community.
• Develop knowledge of local neighborhoods to recommend places to visit.
• Maintain an organized front desk for packages, deliveries, and room reservations.
• Participate in community events to build resident relationships.
• Respond quickly to resident requests and resolve issues creatively.
