Job summary

Auberge Collection in Aspen is seeking a Lead Concierge at Hotel Jerome to set the standard for service excellence. You will lead the concierge team, curate personalized guest experiences, and coordinate with hotel departments to ensure seamless requests and arrangements.

Engage with guests, understand preferences, and provide expert recommendations while training and mentoring staff to uphold outstanding service.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience as a Concierge, or similar role.
• Experience at a luxury hospitality property is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the concierge team, providing direction, training, and support to ensure a high level of service and professionalism.
• Personally engage with guests, understanding their preferences, needs, and expectations, and providing expert advice and assistance.
• Coordinate with various hotel departments to fulfill guest requests, reservations, and arrangements, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience.
• Conduct training sessions for the concierge team, keeping them informed about local attractions, events, and hospitality trends to enhance their knowledge and service delivery.
• Handle escalated guest concerns or issues, finding effective solutions and ensuring a positive outcome, while maintaining a high level of guest satisfaction.
