Responsibilities

• Serve as on-site lead overseeing daily operations of concessions during assigned shifts.
• Provide direction, support, and training to concessions staff ensuring tasks are completed and compliance with health and safety requirements.
• Manage cash bags and drawers, open and close registers, operate point-of-sale system, prepare end of shift reports.
• Prepare and serve concessions food and operate equipment including: popcorn machine, hot-dog cooker, ice maker, soda fountain, pretzel oven/warmer, etc.
• Assist Rec Center Supervisor with inventory management and order supplies as needed.
• Ensure cleanliness of the concessions area, including equipment and public spaces.
• Assist with pre-season preparation and post-season closedown of concession stand.
• Assist with timesheets, staff reviews, and creating schedules if requested.
• Perform various related duties as assigned.
