Job summary

Oak View Group in Everett, WA seeks a Concession Stand Manager to lead concession operations during events. You will manage cashiers, prep cooks, and line cooks, ensure food safety, inventory accuracy, and exceptional guest service, while training staff and maintaining high standards.

The role is part-time with an hourly rate of $21.00–$23.00, requires 3–5+ years in high-volume F&B, and offers benefits including a 401(k) plan with matching; schedule is event-based, including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of experience in a high-volume food & beverage operation.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage the concessions in preparation for event needs.
• Performs opening and closing procedures for events.
• Ensure concession team members are following proper policies and procedures in accordance with Oak View Group standards.
• Verifies inventory prior to and after the event for accuracy as required.
• Responsible for managing Concession Cashiers, Prep Cooks, and Line Cooks.
• Responsible for communicating performance concerns according to company policy and practice to Concession Managers.
• Cover any open position to ensure the location is fully operational and company standards pertaining to the speed of service and guest satisfaction are met.
• Oversee the concessions stands' cleanliness, product quality, customer service, food safety, and alcohol service to ensure they meet Oak View Group company standards.
• Assisting other areas in the Concession department as directed.
• Other duties as assigned to support the Concession operation as directed by Concessions Managers.
