This full-time role requires on-site work, 40 hours weekly with weekend rotation, and may require multi-state licensure.

Qualifications

• Pharmacy degree from accredited college and licensure.
• 3–5 years in compounding pharmacy; 1–2 years in leadership.
• Able to work on site 40 hours/week; weekend rotation.
• Knowledge of USP 795, 797, 800; compliance focus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily non-sterile compounding lab operations.
• Drive metrics on productivity, quality, safety, and compliance.
• Lead scheduling, meetings, and performance reviews.
• Coach compounding pharmacists and technicians.
• Ensure adherence to USP guidelines and SOPs.
• Audit compounding activities and ensure documentation.
