Ro seeks a Director of Compounding Operations to oversee enterprise compounding across the pharmacy network, with accountability for quality, compliance, and scalable growth in both sterile and non-sterile spaces. Based on-site in Romeoville, IL, the role reports to the VP of Compounding & Manufacturing and leads Lead Compounding Pharmacists and site Pharmacists-in-Charge.

Qualifications

• Experience leading pharmacy compounding operations across multiple sites.
• Knowledge of USP guidelines and regulatory inspections.
• Proven ability to standardize processes and drive quality.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end compounding operations across all sites with regulatory compliance.
• Serve as SME for USP standards and support audits and inspections.
• Standardize workflows, batch records, and training programs across sites.
• Establish batch record review processes and QA collaboration.
• Drive deviations investigations and corrective actions with Quality.
