Job summary

Swiss American CDMO, LLC is seeking a Compounder Team Lead to supervise a team of Compounders on the production floor, ensuring that batches are produced safely, efficiently, and in compliance with FDA, GMP, ISO and SOP policies.

You will guide daily operations, review standardized work, train staff, and escalate critical issues. The role requires strong communication, problem solving, and a collaborative leadership style to maintain quality and delivery targets.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Ability to perform calculations using US customary units.
• Prior supervisory experience in a compounding environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Compounders to meet safety, quality, and delivery targets.
• Oversee standardized work and daily audits to ensure compliance.
• Train and coach team members on procedures and safety.
• Identify and address process deviations; escalate critical issues to management.
• Ensure proper PPE usage and facility hygiene on the floor.
• Communicate downtime or delays to the Compound supervisor and technical services as needed.
