Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Proficient arithmetic and basic calculator use.
• Basic computer skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Review the Pick List, Batch Record Audit Log, and verify materials before starting batches.
• Read mixing instructions before batch processing.
• Ensure equipment is clean and within the use-by date.
• Record equipment used in the Equipment Use Log and weigh totes/drums.
• Follow GMP/FDA/ISO/OSHA guidelines throughout compounding.
• Observe product quality and report anomalies to management.
• Monitor colors/consistencies against instrument readings and lab results.
• Adjust controls to regulate temperature, pressure, flow, and reaction times as needed.
• Record temperatures, pressures, ingredients, and processing times.
• Lift up to 50 lbs and assist in weighing chemicals.
• Submit samples for testing and document batch information.
