Job summary

Robinhood is seeking a Brokerage Communications Specialist to own regulatory customer communications for broker-dealer and affiliates. You will draft, route for approvals, and validate messaging in collaboration with senior leadership and multiple departments, including 24/7 on-call support for urgent communications.

You will work with Trump Accounts and high-visibility programs, ensuring messages are compliant and clear, with in-person collaboration across the team in Chicago, Denver, Lake

Qualifications

• Hold Series 7 and Series 24 licenses, with 3+ years in financial services operations and regulatory compliance.
• Polished written and verbal communication for regulatory notices and updates to senior leadership.
• Strong project coordination with ability to manage multiple timelines and adapt to regulatory deadlines.
• Comfort working with structured data and AI-powered tools to analyze datasets across systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of regulatory mass customer communication campaigns, including scopes, timelines, and notices.
• Participate in 24/7 on-call rotation, respond to incidents, draft urgent messaging, and coordinate with leadership.
• Validate delivery of required communications for regulatory compliance using data and reporting tools.
• Maintain delivery evidence for audits, exams, and regulatory reviews.
• Collaborate with Compliance, Legal, Senior Leadership, and other departments to balance priorities across daily operations and regulatory projects.
