Job summary

Robinhood is seeking a Brokerage Communications Specialist to oversee the full lifecycle of regulatory customer communications for the broker-dealer and affiliated entities. You will plan, draft, route for approval, and validate delivery while collaborating with senior leadership to ensure compliance with external guidance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in financial services operations and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for regulatory notices.
• Ability to manage multiple timelines and adapt to changing regulatory deadlines.
• Experience with structured data and AI-powered tools to pull, analyze, and reconcile datasets.
• Strong attention to detail and collaborative relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of regulatory mass customer communication campaigns, including defining project scopes, timelines, and communications schedules, and drafting clear customer notices.
• Participate in the 24/7 on-call rotation, respond to incidents, draft urgent messages, and coordinate with leadership.
• Validate delivery of required communications to ensure regulatory compliance for trade confirmations, statements, and disclosures.
• Maintain delivery evidence to support audits, exams, and regulatory reviews.
• Collaborate with Compliance, Legal, Senior Leadership, and other departments to balance priorities across daily communications and regulatory projects.
