Job summary

Talentify is seeking a Compliance Analyst for the Housing Choice Voucher Program in Atlanta. The role provides leadership on escalated Compliance/Legal projects, partnering with Legal, outside Counsel, and Housing Choice Operations to minimize adverse actions.

Responsibilities include managing projects, reviewing program fraud/abuse, handling repayment agreements, conducting file reviews with outside Legal entities, and preparing analyses for Legal Counsel to support litigation and compliance

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in business, public administration, urban studies, social services or related field.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and proprietary software; familiarity with Yardi-based databases.
• Certifications such as Section 8 Voucher Specialist & Rent Calculation coursework may be required within 6–12 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Manages special projects by developing plans, coordinating with teams, and guiding participants and landlords.
• Reviews reports of program fraud/abuse and finalizes termination actions.
• Manages tenant repayment agreements and coordinates with Housing Services and Finance.
• Conducts file reviews with outside Legal entities and documents analyses for Legal Counsel.
• Prepares summary analyses and reports for litigation, hearings, and compliance tracking.
• Provides guidance on legal/regulatory requirements and monitoring risk within Housing Choice.
