Atlanta Housing is seeking a Compliance Analyst for the Housing Choice Voucher Program in Atlanta. The role provides leadership on escalated Compliance/Legal projects and works with Legal, outside Counsel, and Operations to minimize adverse actions.

The analyst conducts applicant interviews, eligibility determinations, and file reviews, ensuring timely data processing and thoughtful solutions within MTW guidelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience in public housing.
• Proficiency with technology and database operations to support objectives.
• Certifications such as Section 8 Voucher Specialist may be required within 12 months.

Responsabilités

• Manage escalated compliance/legal projects and coordinate with Legal and Housing Choice Operations.
• Conduct file reviews, prepare summaries, and support termination actions as needed.
• Interact with participants, landlords and outside counsel, ensuring timely documentation.
