Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee full project lifecycle from award to closeout, ensuring safety, quality, schedule and cost objectives.
• Lead project teams of PMs, engineers, and field staff; ensure alignment with execution plans.
• Manage budgets, contracts, schedules; engage clients, designers, and trade partners to resolve challenges.
• Mentor and develop team members; drive continuous improvement and risk mitigation.
