Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead the outside sales team and train them to exceed revenue and market-share goals.
• Develop and maintain client coverage and ownership within the sales team.
• Coach, lead, and delegate responsibilities to sales staff; monitor performance.
• Regularly report to management with updates on coverage, wins/losses, and market changes.
• Drive CRM usage for timely feedback and performance reviews.
