This expansion strengthens our ability to provide customers with exceptional sales, rental, parts, and service support.
Responsible for driving Compact Construction Equipment (CCE) sales through relentless prospecting, relationship building, and business development efforts. This role is focused on generating new opportunities, expanding market share, and growing revenue by consistently pursuing new customers and uncovering untapped sales opportunities. The ideal candidate is a highly motivated, competitive self-starter who thrives on the grind of cold calling, customer visits, networking, and closing deals. Success in this role requires a hunter mentality, a strong sense of urgency, and a passion for building a robust sales pipeline while managing online Compact Equipment inventory and website listings to maximize equipment visibility and sales performance.
The environment is fast-paced, entrepreneurial, and sales-driven. The successful candidate must be comfortable actively pursuing new business opportunities, building customer relationships, and maintaining a high level of sales activity. This position requires a strong work ethic, self-motivation, and commitment to achieving results. Flexibility and responsiveness to customer needs are essential, including occasional early mornings, evenings, customer events, trade shows, and Saturdays as business and customer demands require.
The workplace fosters a customer-focused culture where sales growth, customer satisfaction, and market expansion are primary objectives. The successful candidate must be willing to put forth the effort necessary to build relationships, develop new opportunities, and support customers beyond standard business hours when needed.
Most work is conducted in a comfortable office environment, but frequent travel to customer sites, sales locations, equipment yards, trade shows, and industry events is expected. Personal protective equipment must be worn in designated areas as required.
