POWERX Edge, Genelco by POWERX Edge, is seeking a Commissioning Engineer II to lead electrical and mechanical commissioning across data-center projects. You will manage planning, testing, and documentation, and collaborate with clients, engineers, and field teams to ensure safety, quality, and schedule adherence.

The role requires hands-on commissioning experience, ability to read drawings, and strong problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, Math, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead the commissioning of electrical/mechanical equipment and systems.
• Manage commissioning projects from planning to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
• Conduct site observations and prepare field reports on project status and compliance.
• Review, evaluate, and approve electrical/mechanical test results.
• Perform complex functional and performance testing to ensure proper operation.
• Identify issues and implement effective solutions during commissioning.
• Review drawings and submittals to ensure compliance with specifications.
• Maintain accurate records of commissioning activities and test results.
• Ensure all commissioning activities adhere to safety regulations and procedures.

Education
