Job summary

Genelco by POWERX Edge is seeking a Commissioning Engineer II to lead electrical and mechanical commissioning across projects, including power distribution, controls, and backup systems. You will manage projects from planning through turnover, perform complex testing, and resolve issues while ensuring safety and quality.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in commissioning, strong documentation skills, and proficiency with CxAlloy, Compass, and Procore.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field or related experience.
• 5+ years of hands-on commissioning in data centers or similar facilities.
• Strong knowledge of electrical/mechanical systems and testing procedures.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site commissioning of electrical/mechanical systems and equipment.
• Plan and manage commissioning projects from start to finish.
• Review test results and ensure compliance with specifications.
