Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or building science. Knowledge of MEP systems installation and operation.
• 2+ years of relevant experience in commissioning or related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Verify systems are designed, installed, and operate per criteria.
• Review design documents and submittals for conformance.
• Plan, chair, and document commissioning meetings.
• Write checklists and functional tests for systems.
• Conduct site walks and create observation reports.
• Direct onsite system testing and monitoring of complex systems.
• Track and resolve issues with contractors and engineers.
• Create professional reports and deliverables.
• Lead commissioning team under senior staff guidance.
