Job summary

JR & Co Inc is seeking a Commercial Roofing Superintendent in Springdale, AR to oversee roofing construction activities, including planning, scheduling, and budgeting, while improving accountability and efficiency. You will supervise crews, manage safety and quality, and ensure projects meet timelines and budgets.

This role requires OSHA 30, a valid MO Class E license or equivalent, 5–10 years in construction/roofing, and strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; 5–10 years in construction/roofing.
• OSHA 30 certification required or ability to obtain quickly.
• Valid MO Class E driver’s license or equivalent; DOT Medical Card.
• Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.
• Experience reading architectural plans and shop drawings.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage commercial roofing crews and subcontractors to deliver safe, high‑quality, on‑schedule work.
• Maintain daily jobsite presence to oversee safety, quality, production, and progress.
• Plan and coordinate labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractors to avoid delays and inefficiencies.
• Partner with Project Managers and Foremen to align scope, schedule, and execution.
• Proactively solve jobsite issues to control costs, schedules, and quality.
• Track project progress and provide timely reporting for billing and documentation.
