You will work with project managers, foremen, and subcontractors, maintain daily site presence, enforce OSHA standards, review plans, and deliver projects on time and within budget. This role offers weekly pay and comprehensive benefits.

Formación

• OSHA 30 certification or ability to obtain quickly.
• Valid driver’s license (MO Class E or equivalent) and DOT MedCard.
• 5-10 years in construction and roofing industries.
• 2 years of team management experience.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural plans, shop drawings, and specifications.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and manage commercial roofing crews and subcontractors to deliver safe, high‑quality, on‑schedule work.
• Maintain daily jobsite presence to oversee safety, quality, production, and progress.
• Plan and coordinate labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractors to avoid delays and inefficiencies.
• Coordinate with Project Managers and Foremen to align scope, schedule, and execution.
• Proactively solve jobsite issues to control costs, schedules, and quality.
• Track project progress, labor hours, and percent complete; provide timely reporting for billing.
