Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Commercial Roofing Superintendent.
• Strong knowledge of low-slope roofing systems including TPO, PVC, EPDM, Modified Bitumen, BUR.
• Experience leading production crews on commercial roofing projects.
• Ability to read blueprints and construction documents.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record; ability to pass background checks.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise commercial roofing crews daily.
• Coordinate field operations to keep projects on schedule and within quality standards.
• Collaborate with the Project Manager to execute plans and resolve field issues.
• Read blueprints and project documents; ensure safety and OSHA compliance.
• Maintain quality control and conduct jobsite inspections; manage materials and manpower.
• Complete daily reports and communicate with management, customers, and field staff.
