Job summary

JR & Co Inc is seeking a Commercial Roofing Superintendent to lead roofing crews, manage daily site operations, and ensure safety and quality. The role emphasizes coordinating labor, materials, and schedules to meet project timelines and budgets.

Ideal candidates bring strong leadership, 5–10 years in construction/roofing, and the ability to read plans and manage multiple crews. Denver area relocation is supported; standard day shift with occasional overtime.

Qualifications

Experience with commercial roofing systems (TPO, EPDM, PVC, shingles, WV).
OSHA 30 certification or ability to obtain quickly.
Valid driver’s license (MO Class E or equivalent) and DOT MedCard.

Responsibilities

Lead roofing crews and subcontractors to deliver safe, high-quality, on-time work.
Oversee daily jobsite operations, ensuring safety, production, and quality.
Enforce OSHA/safety standards and stop work if unsafe.
Plan and coordinate labor, materials, equipment, and subs to avoid delays.
Partner with Project Managers and Foremen to execute scope and schedule.
Track progress, labor, and percent complete; maintain reports and documentation.
Resolve issues, manage change orders, and coordinate with stakeholders.
Complete projects safely, on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
