Qualifications

• 5-10 years in construction and roofing industries.
• 2 years of team management experience.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural plans, shop drawings and specs.

Responsibilities

• Lead roofing crews and subcontractors to deliver safe, high‑quality, on‑time work.
• Oversee daily jobsite operations, ensuring safety, production and quality.
• Plan and coordinate labor, materials, equipment and subs to avoid delays.
• Track progress, labor and percent complete; maintain reports.
• Resolve issues, manage change orders and coordinate with stakeholders.
