Job summary

JR & Co Inc in Denver, CO, is seeking a Commercial Roofing Superintendent to oversee roofing construction, planning, scheduling, and budgeting, ensuring safety and quality on every project. You will lead crews, coordinate with Project Managers, and manage change orders to deliver projects on time and within budget.

This role requires OSHA 30, a valid driver’s license, and strong leadership in a safety-focused environment.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years in construction and roofing industries
• 2 years of team management experience
• High School Diploma or GED
• OSHA 30 cert or ability to obtain quickly
• Valid MO Class E or equivalent driver’s license and DOT Medical Card
• Strong leadership and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Lead roofing crews and subcontractors to deliver safe, high-quality, on-time work
• Oversee daily jobsite operations, ensuring safety, production, and quality
• Enforce OSHA/company safety standards; stop work if conditions are unsafe
• Plan and coordinate labor, materials, equipment, and subs to avoid delays
• Partner with Project Managers and Foremen to execute scope and schedule
• Track progress, labor, and percent complete; maintain reports and documentation
• Resolve issues proactively, manage change orders, and coordinate with stakeholders
• Complete projects safely, on time, within budget, and to quality standards

Skills

Commercial roofing systems experience

OSHA 30 certification

Valid driver’s license and DOT Medical

Leadership and team management
