Job summary

Technique Roofing seeks a hands-on Service Foreman / Service Tech to lead day-to-day commercial roofing service work and a crew of technicians. You will own safety, quality, productivity, and documentation on every service call from start to finish.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years of commercial roofing service experience with at least 2 years leading field crews, deep knowledge of EPDM, PVC, TPO, BUR, Modified Bitumen, and metal systems, and a proven ability to diagnose leaks and provide

Qualifications

• 4+ years in commercial roofing service with 2+ years leading crews.
• Deep knowledge of EPDM, PVC, TPO, BUR, Modified Bitumen, and low-slope metal.
• Proven ability to diagnose complex roof leaks and determine effective repairs.
• Zero OSHA recordables and TRIR under 1.0 in service operations.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Lead a service crew on daily roofing service calls and repairs.
• Diagnose leaks, scope work, and direct crew to correct repairs first time.
• Enforce safety standards on every jobsite; aim for zero OSHA recordables.
• Identify additional repair opportunities and communicate recommendations.
• Ensure complete jobsite documentation for invoicing within 24 hours.
• Train and develop technicians to diagnose and complete complex repairs.
