Job summary

TeamCraft Roofing Inc. is seeking a Service Manager to lead the local branch and develop its field employees while promoting TeamCraft’s core values: safety, honesty, teamwork, and quality.

You will be responsible for estimating work, managing service jobs from PO receipt to billing, and maintaining a positive customer base. The role requires strong leadership, scheduling, and field communications in a safety-driven environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED plus five years in a commercial roofing environment.
• Considerable knowledge of various commercial roofing systems, materials, and installation methods.
• Strong communication skills; ability to field questions from clients, employees, and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead the local operation with a target minimum of 10 roof techs.
• Sell work and grow the office; maintain a strong customer base and experience.
• Oversee estimates, proposals, change orders, and job costing from start to finish.
• Ensure safety compliance and documentation per OSHA and company standards.
• Coordinate field management, scheduling, and reporting using the company system.
