Job summary

Eskola, LLC is seeking a Commercial Roofing Service Foreman in Lexington, KY to lead field crews in a hands-on leadership role with a clear path to Superintendent and Service Manager opportunities. The position offers hourly pay based on 26.00–34.00 per hour, with full-time hours and benefits.

You will oversee repairs, inspections, and roof waterproofing projects while ensuring safety and quality workmanship.

Qualifications

3+ years of Foreman/Supervisory experience in commercial roofing service, repair, or maintenance.
Strong knowledge of TPO, PVC, EPDM, Modified Bitumen, metal roofing, and roof coatings/waterproofing.
Ability to read blueprints and technical specifications.
Proven leadership, communication, and customer management skills.

Responsibilities

Lead and support daily commercial roofing service operations, including repairs, maintenance, inspections, and leak investigations.
Coordinate jobsite manpower, materials, tools, and equipment
Perform field troubleshooting and assessments of roofing and waterproofing systems
Train and mentor technicians, promoting strong workmanship, safety, and accountability
Communicate professionally with customers, property managers, and vendors
Work closely with Superintendents, Service Managers, and regional Leadership to keep crews productive and on schedule
