CentiMark Corporation in Baton Rouge seeks a commercial roofing Superintendent/Field Supervisor to lead multiple crews and manage pre/post inspections, planning, and safe job-site setup. The role involves daily customer communication and execution of complex roofing projects.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of supervisory experience in roofing/construction, strong leadership and communication skills, and a valid driver's license. Competitive wages with comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Must have a good working knowledge of commercial roofing procedures and safety.
• 3+ year’s supervisory/sales experience in roofing/construction.
• Experience with commercial roofing systems: TPO, EPDM, BUR, Foam, Metal, Acrylic & Coating Systems
• Requires excellent communication, analytical, leadership, interpersonal, problem solving and organizational skills.
• A valid state driver’s license (in good standing) is required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise multiple production/service crews
• Responsible for doing pre-job & post-job inspections
• Planning jobs for service crews
• Responsible for setting up and maintaining a safe job site
• Daily communications with the customer
• Planning and executing a successful commercial roofing project
• Work closely with the Warehouse Manager in ordering roofing materials for projects
