Qualifications

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in commercial roofing, with a proven track record of successful project management.
• Strong leadership abilities with the ability to lead and motivate a team of roofing professionals.
• In-depth knowledge of commercial roofing systems, materials, and installation techniques.
• Comprehensive understanding of safety regulations and best practices in the roofing industry.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact professionally with clients, team members, and suppliers.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to address issues on-site.

Responsibilities

• Project Management: Supervise and coordinate roofing projects from start to finish, ensuring adherence to project specifications, budget, and timeline.
• Team Leadership: Lead and motivate roofing crews, assigning tasks, providing guidance, and ensuring safety protocols are followed at all times.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure that roofing installations meet industry standards and client expectations for quality and craftsmanship.
• Material Management: Manage inventory of roofing materials, and coordinate delivery schedules.
• Safety Compliance: Enforce safety regulations and best practices on-site to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment for all team members.
• Client Communication: Communicate effectively with clients, addressing any concerns or questions they may have throughout the project.
• Problem Solving: Identify and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during roofing projects in a timely and efficient manner.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily progress reports, safety records, and material usage logs.
