Job summary

State Roofing Systems, a Nations Roof Company, is actively seeking a Commercial Roofing Foreman in Riverside, CA. This full-time role leads crews on commercial roofing projects while maintaining safety, quality, and on-time completion. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of commercial roofing experience, strong leadership, and the ability to read blueprints.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of commercial roofing experience.
• Proven leadership experience mentoring roofing crews.
• Strong leadership and team-motivation abilities.
• Valid driver’s license with insurable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor roofing crews, providing hands-on training and daily guidance.
• Oversee installation, maintenance, and repair of commercial roofing systems.
• Review blueprints and project specifications to ensure accuracy.
• Enforce safety standards including PPE usage and OSHA compliance.
• Run job sites efficiently, keeping work on schedule and within scope.
• Complete daily reports, job documentation, and required paperwork.
