Job summary

Procon Roofing Corporation in Greensboro, NC is seeking an experienced Service Foreman to oversee planning, execution, and delivery of commercial roofing projects. Lead a two-person crew, inspect systems, supervise safety, and ensure on-time, on-budget results.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in commercial roofing, strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to mentor technicians while maintaining high safety standards on TPO/EPDM/metal systems.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of commercial roofing experience.
• Previous foreman, lead hand, or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of commercial roofing systems, particularly TPO roofing.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate roofing service crews on commercial and industrial job sites.
• Inspect roofing systems and identify repair requirements.
• Perform and oversee repairs on TPO, EPDM, modified bitumen, metal, and other commercial roofing systems.
• Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and per standards.
• Train, mentor, and support labourers and service technicians.
