Qualifications

• 3+ years in commercial roofing service, with strong troubleshooting and repair capability.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
• Solid safety mindset; working knowledge of OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair leaks on commercial systems: EPDM, TPO, PVC, metal, and related assemblies.
• Inspect roofs, document conditions with photos, and develop clear repair scopes.
• Lead and work alongside a small crew (typically 1–2 people).
• Communicate professionally with building owners, facility managers, and internal teams.
• Leverage mobile applications for inspections, reports, and closeout documentation.
• Flag additional service needs when observed.
• Participate in the on-call rotation and respond to emergencies as needed.
• Follow OSHA requirements and company safety procedures at all times.
