Superior Skilled Trades is seeking an experienced Commercial Plumbing Foreman to lead day-to-day field operations on commercial plumbing projects in the Elizabethtown, PA area. You will supervise crews, coordinate with project managers and other trades, and ensure work is completed safely, on schedule, and to high craftsmanship standards.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in commercial plumbing, foreman experience, and the ability to read plans.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial plumbing experience.
• Foreman or lead plumber experience preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret commercial plumbing plans.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily field activities and supervise crew.
• Coordinate with Project Manager and other trades.
• Ensure installations meet codes and project specs.
• Plan work 1–3 weeks in advance.
• Maintain safety and quality on site.
• Track manpower and timesheets.
