Atlantic Constructors is seeking a experienced Plumbing Foreman to manage day-to-day operations on commercial plumbing tasks. You will guide a crew of journeymen, mechanics, and apprentices while ensuring quality workmanship and client satisfaction.

The role combines supervisory duties with hands-on plumbing tasks on diverse projects. The ideal candidate has extensive plumbing installation knowledge, strong leadership, and the ability to coordinate across crews, clients, and vendors.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in commercial plumbing operations.
• 2+ years as Plumbing Foreman leading crews of 8–10.
• Proven ability to manage multiple job sites and crews.

Responsibilities

• Plan procedures from specs, BIM, and schedules to meet staffing needs.
• Direct and coordinate plumbing crew on commercial projects.
• Ensure quality and customer satisfaction on all stages of work.
• Oversee installation, modification, and repair of plumbing systems.
