Walton & Company in York, PA seeks an experienced Commercial Plumbing Foreman to lead field crews on commercial plumbing projects across Central Pennsylvania. You will oversee daily operations, coordinate with project teams, and ensure work is completed safely, on schedule, and to high standards.

Ideal candidates will have 5+ years in commercial plumbing, with 2-3 years in a Foreman or leadership role, a plumbing apprenticeship completion, and a valid PA driver’s license.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Completion of a plumbing apprenticeship program.
• 5+ years of commercial plumbing experience, including 2–3 years in a Foreman or leadership role.
• PA driver's license; plumbing license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead commercial plumbing installation projects from start to finish.
• Plan daily work activities, crew assignments, and project schedules.
• Read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings.
• Coordinate work with Project Managers, General Contractors, and other trades.
• Supervise, mentor, and develop plumbers and apprentices.
• Ensure installations meet company quality standards and applicable plumbing codes.
• Monitor project progress, manpower, and material usage.
• Assist with troubleshooting and resolving complex plumbing challenges.
• Conduct jobsite safety meetings and enforce company safety policies.
• Maintain project documentation, daily reports, and communication with project management.
• Promote a positive, professional jobsite culture focused on teamwork and customer satisfaction.
