Walton & Company in York, PA is seeking a Commercial Plumbing Foreman to lead field crews on commercial projects across Central Pennsylvania and surrounding areas. You’ll manage daily operations, read blueprints, coordinate with Project Managers and General Contractors, and ensure safe, high‑quality installations.

The ideal candidate has a plumbing apprenticeship, 5+ years in commercial plumbing with 2–3 years in a leadership role, and strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Completion of a plumbing apprenticeship program.
• 5+ years commercial plumbing experience.
• 2–3 years in Foreman or leadership role.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Knowledge of plumbing codes and standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead commercial plumbing installation projects from start to finish.
• Plan daily work activities, crew assignments, and project schedules.
• Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and drawings.
• Coordinate work with Project Managers, General Contractors, and other trades.
• Supervise, mentor, and develop plumbers and apprentices.
• Ensure installations meet quality standards and codes.
• Monitor project progress, manpower, and material usage.
• Conduct jobsite safety meetings and enforce safety policies.
• Maintain project documentation and daily reports.
• Promote a positive, professional jobsite culture.

Walton & Company is seeking an experienced Commercial Plumbing Foreman to lead commercial plumbing projects throughout Central Pennsylvania and surrounding areas.

As a Plumbing Foreman, you’ll oversee daily field operations, lead crews of plumbers and apprentices, coordinate with project teams, and ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and to Walton’s high standards.

What You’ll Do

• Lead commercial plumbing installation projects from start to finish
• Plan daily work activities, crew assignments, and project schedules

• Coordinate work with Project Managers, General Contractors, and other trades

What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma or GED
• Valid Pennsylvania driver’s license
• Completion of a plumbing apprenticeship program
• Pennsylvania and/or Maryland plumbing license preferred
• 5+ years of commercial plumbing experience, including 2–3 years in a Foreman or leadership role
• Strong knowledge of commercial plumbing systems, installation methods, and plumbing codes
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents
• Proven leadership, communication, and organizational skills ll
• Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities
• Commitment to safety, quality workmanship, and developing others
