Job summary

Northwest Exterminating seeks a Service Center Manager to drive growth and operational excellence within a busy pest-control service center. You’ll lead teams, manage relationships with commercial and residential customers, and ensure service standards align with the Northwest Way.

Responsibilities include planning and coordinating center operations, coaching staff, and delivering results while maintaining high levels of professionalism and safety.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a Northwest Family of Brands service center or related experience.
• Familiarity with Northwest systems such as ServSuite, SharePoint, Outlook.
• Able to coach and develop technicians, inspectors, helpers and office managers.

Responsibilities

• Reflects the Northwest Way and drives growth of the service center internally and externally.
• Builds strong relationships with internal and external customers to create Customers for Life.
• Plan, direct and coordinate the operations of a service center while meeting goals.
