Job summary

This role focuses on commercial litigation (excluding criminal and family law) with a compensation range of $150,000 to $200,000 per year. South Dakota licensing or the willingness to obtain it is required. Relocation is welcome.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of litigation experience, primarily commercial litigation.
• Civil trial experience (you've tried cases, not just settled them).
• Enjoy mentoring and developing younger attorneys.
• Practice focus outside criminal and family law.
