Responsibilities

• Handle litigation matters from intake through trial.
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and legal memoranda.
• Take and defend depositions and manage written discovery.
• Appear at hearings, mediations, and court conferences.
• Work directly with clients and partners on case strategy.
