Qualifications

• Active member of the California State Bar.
• 1–10+ years of civil litigation experience.
• Strong legal research and writing skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to independently manage a litigation caseload and willingness to train otherwise.

• Taking and defending depositions.
